You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged a booking fee at the time you book.

Your booking fee will be 10% of the room total for your entire stay. This will secure a provisional reservation. Once a provisonal reservation has been made we will contact you with your reservation number which you must use to provide your credit card details to the hotel to guarantee your reservation.

You will settle the remaining amount of the bill directly with the hotel on departure. You may be liable to pay the hotel the total room cost even on early checkouts.

The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellations 72 hours prior to arrival date we will refund your booking fee. However cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of your booking fee.

If you cancel during 72 hours of your arrival you will loose your booking fee.

Check In and Check Out Times
Check in after 3pm on arrival date.
Check out up to 12pm on departure date.
